About four years ago we came up with a solution for pushchair users to avoid tipping buggies and make shopping easier. Anyone who regularly walks into town with a child in a buggy will be familiar with the sight of buggies falling over when handles are laden with plastic bags. In addition, manoeuvring them around stores when holding a store basket is extremely tricky and very stressful.
Since then we have been lucky enough to take an exciting, and sometimes scary, journey to create and manufacture the buggyboot. Along this journey we have attempted to share our thoughts and learn from as many people, many of them mothers like you, as possible to get it right. Now that the buggyboot is on sale it is even more important than ever that we listen to our customers to ensure that we make the product better and better.
Of course we are delighted to hear some of the great feedback from mothers that are benefitting from using the buggyboot, but we are also keen to hear from people for whom it doesn’t work as well as they would have liked. We understand that if you are not happy with something that you are less inclined to want to invest time in it, but any feedback you can give us would be invaluable. If it is more convenient we can call you or even visit you to understand where we might be able to improve. And you will only hear from one of the two of us, Charlotte and Carolyn.
