September 2009 - buggyboot® plus has won the Editor's Choice in this month's edition of Prima Baby. buggyboot® is now on sale in Spain, Germany and Japan as well as the UK.
Buggyboot shortlisted for award at major international event
September 2009 - Once again, buggyboot® was exhibited at the leading global fair for the baby and toddler sector, Kind und Jugend, in Cologne 17-20 September 2009. The product was a top three finalist in the World of moving baby and travelling baby accessories category.
Dragon visits Mothercare to see buggyboot® plus
June 2009 - Buggyboot inventors Carolyn Jarvis and Charlotte Evans visited the Reading branch of Mothercare this month, to see the buggyboot® plus on the shelves for the first time. They were joined by Deborah Meaden, who invested £80,000 in the project when it was demonstrated to her on the BBC's Dragons' Den last August.
Ms Meaden said: “I invested in this because it was a good combination. Charlotte and Carolyn are very impressive people and their idea is very good." Read more at the Reading Chronicle.

Best 'dragon' pitch
November 2008 - buggyboot® was voted best pitch recently at the FT innovate conference in London. Over 100 'C' level executives where asked to vote for their favourite pitch delivered by a number of entrepeneurs who had received investment from a Dragon. It involved doing a 2 minute pitch against the clock, and Carolynand Charlotte won a bottle of champagne.
Spanish orders for buggyboot®
October 2008 - buggyboot® has initiated production of models to fulfil orders in Spain.
buggyboot® lines up international distributors
September 2008 - buggyboot® had a very successful visit to the Kind und Jugend fair in Cologne, where buggyboot® was described as one of the most innovative products at the show. The company is finalising distribution partnerships with the expectation of buggyboot® being in the shops by spring 2009.

March 2008 - buggyboot® received a Special Recognition Award, and its inventors Charlotte Evans and Carolyn Jarvis were nominated for the title of British Female Inventor and Innovator of the Year Award, at the British Female Inventors & Innovators Network (BFIIN) event in Cardiff on 11 March 2008.
