In March 2008 buggyboot® received a Special Recognition Award, and its inventors Charlotte Evans and Carolyn Jarvis were nominated for the title of British Female Inventor and Innovator of the Year Award, at the British Female Inventors & Innovators Network (BFIIN) event in Cardiff on 11 March 2008.
