buggyboot® plus Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

  • The promoter is Buggyboot Limited, 37 St Marks Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 3BD, United Kingdom.
  • The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK. The Prize Draw is not open to employees (or members of their families) of buggyboot Limited, its agents or anyone connected with the Prize Draw.
  • Only one entry per person per designated Prize Draw will be accepted.
  • No purchase is necessary. Entry to the Prize Draw is free of charge.
  • To be entered in the Prize Draw, entrants must complete the online Survey and provide contact details (email address) on the Survey. These details will only be used for the Prize Draw and will not be passed on to any third party unless the respondent specifically requests further contact from buggyboot Limited by marking the appropriate box.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted, the prize winners must provide proof of age.
  • Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules or incomplete will be disqualified. No liability shall be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the Promoter's website or to participate in this Prize Draw, or if their entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.
  • The date of the Prize Draw is the last day of of each calendar month from May 2010 to September 2010 inclusive (five Prize Draws in total, each comprising one prize).
  • Winners will be contacted by e-mail by Buggyboot Limited within 28 days of the Prize Draw taking place. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
  • The prize is one buggyboot® plus as indicated by the entrant at the time of completing the draw form.
  • The prize will be awarded to the first entries drawn at random by an independent, supervised individual. The decision of the independent, supervised individual will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • There are no cash alternatives to the prize featured.
  • Prizes are not transferable.
  • If due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control or if the Promoter deems it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to do so.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
  • Contestants entering the prize draw agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions unconditionally. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
  • This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
